Terms and Conditions for granting the offers:

The custom-made products (bespoke and made to measure) will be purchased in the campaign in the form of vouchers.

Based on the voucher, the beneficiary can order the desired product within 6 months from the date of purchase.

In order to make the product, at least one visit to the showroom is mandatory for measurements and choosing clothing customizations.

If the customer does not claim the product within 6 months, he can still use the amount paid to purchase SARTO products, but he will no longer benefit from the promotional element of the campaign (he will no longer have access to the preferential prices of the fabric selection featured in the campaign).

The voucher is only granted to customers who pay the full price by November 17, 2025. Orders placed and not paid within the specified period are considered invalid.

The benefit granted through this voucher is not cumulative with other offers that are active at the time of its purchase or claim.

The benefit is granted within the limit of available stock. If, for reasons beyond SARTO bespoke's control, the desired fabric is not in stock, SARTO will provide similar products, offered under the conditions specified on the voucher and within the SARTO bespoke Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
