Terms and Conditions Customizable Gift
- The product is delivered in the form of a SARTO gift voucher which allows the beneficiary to make a bespoke SARTO shirt.
- The voucher will be delivered within 6 hours in Bucharest, between 9am and 6pm on working days, only after full payment of its price. Example: if the voucher is paid by 12 PM, it will reach the recipient by 6 PM on working days.
- The delivery time of 6 hours does not apply to areas outside Bucharest.
- To obtain the voucher, at least one visit to the SARTO bespoke showroom in Bucharest is required. During the visit, the beneficiary will be assisted by a SARTO consultant, who will take his measurements and advise him in choosing shirt customizations.
- The price of the gift voucher starts from 850 lei, which includes a limited series of fabrics. Depending on the desired fabric category, the price of the voucher may increase. At the time of placing the order, we recommend a telephone discussion with a SARTO representative about the fabrics to which the beneficiary would like to have access.
- The voucher is valid for 6 months.
