On the sarto.ro online shop, you can order a variety of ready to wear products: accessories (handkerchiefs, ties, cufflinks etc.), footwear (shoes, boots, boat shoes), shoe care and cleaning products. You can also order online a range of gift vouchers and you can buy special deals that have a limited availability.

The available payment methods for purchasing a product on SARTO’s online shop are:

a. Cash on delivery

b. Bank transfer

c. Cash or POS at the SARTO showroom, if the client opts for collecting the product himself

The products are being delivered on Romania’s territory only: in Bucharest through SARTO’s own couriers and in the rest of the country through a courier company. Also, the clients can choose to personally collect the products from the SARTO bespoke showroom.

The shipment for delivery and return of the products is free in Romania

If the requested product is available, the delivery will be made in 72 hours (3 working days) from the order confirmation. If a product is not in stock, a SARTO representative will notify the client via telephone or email regarding the new estimated time of delivery.

The clients can express their intention to return a product they bought online in 14 days starting the day after they received the product. In order to return the product, a client has to fill in a return form and to comply with the terms detailed in the Return Policy page.

In order to get free shipping, the client has to make a request and be in touch with a SARTO representative. The service is available only if using SARTO's courier service providers.
